Consent is a primitive, not a checkbox
Every data access in Avallis requires explicit, revocable user consent — anchored on-chain. Not buried in a terms-of-service page. Not implied by account creation. Explicit, per-request, and permanently auditable.
No data sales. Structurally impossible.
We cannot sell user data because we never aggregate it. Each vault is individually encrypted with a key only the user holds. There is no master database to sell. This is a business model commitment enforced by architecture.
Verification without exposure
The Vault Verify API answers business questions server-side and returns only the result — never raw PII. A bank can confirm income eligibility without seeing the number. A landlord can verify age without seeing the DOB.
Compliance as floor, not ceiling
GDPR and CCPA are minimums. Avallis is designed to satisfy regulatory requirements that don't exist yet — because the trajectory of data regulation is clear. Consent-first, user-sovereign architecture is where every major jurisdiction is heading.

Our revenue comes from enterprise API consumers who need verified data — not from the individuals whose data it is. When the user's privacy wins, so does our business. That alignment is permanent, not aspirational.
